I refer to these as the "Mother-in-law" railings.

Nothing like carpet that leaves footprints.  Looks great right after you vacuum, crappy the rest of the time.

The shut off valve for the sprinklers...aaaaaahhhh.

It took like a month, but they finally fixed the outlet in this room!

I am 99.9% sure that these lights need to change places.

Exterior is going up!

Railings are in.

Steps are done.

February 21st, Tile floors are put in

Garage Doors are in.

Walls are taped, mudded and textured.

We spent a while going through and measuring all of the windows so that we can start pricing out the different kinds of blinds that we want to put throughout the house.

The spots are where the walls are textured, or lack of texture actually.

The ceilings also have a nice knock-down texture to them.
